Caboolture Visitor Information Centre

These services on the Bruce Highway travelling north was our first stop after collecting our hire car and leaving Brisbane Airport. We were surprised to find so much information available. We had not had time to do much research and had been unable to find much selection of detailed maps to buy for Queensland on the internet before we left the UK.
The lady volunteer was extremely helpful, giving us the free brochures, detailed maps and plenty of information relating to most of Queensland, as well as detailed local information. She gave us the detail we needed to give us more confidence in setting off into the countryside, rather than straight up along the coast as many visitors do.
